Question about graphics drivers

I have been playing Overwatch 2 for about a week however ever since I downloaded GeForce experience I haven’t been able to see the option “desired fps” I have tried deleting GeForce experience and the setting is still missing. How do I get this setting back and could it missing due to other applications? (msi center, nvidia control panel, ext.) I have an msi GV15 laptop.

If you look into the nvidia control panel, 3D settings and scroll down to max fps, turn that off . Then go into geforce experience go to Overwatch 2 and make sure optimization is off. Then launch Overwatch 2 and turn of V-sync also may be called Vertical Sync, restart Overwatch 2. If that doesnt work post a screenshot of your nvidia control panel and Overwatch 2 settings.
