Phanteks Eclipse P300a.

What's at the other end of the cable ?

Looking at the case design, I think it's power switch or power switch led.

End point of the cable is a knook in the corning of the HDD Storage, and it seems to be stuck in there. I added a picture right after I made the thread! I'd upload again, but my internet is slow.

Ah... It's power cable for the subtle LED strip at the front side of the psu shroud.

So to answer your original question : No, shouldn't be an issue.

F***ing got it.

Ah. So, if someone  happened to,  say remove it, it wouldn't be a big deal?

Well, the LED on that place won't light up, that's for sure.

It's only a big deal if the pins in the connector at the end of the cable touches metal parts or other electrically conductive material.

You removed it intentionally ?

If it's accidental and you want to plug it back , most likely you can, since it's not soldered directly to the LED/PCB, just kinda troublesome since the placement is annoying.

You might have to dismantle some part of the case first, like the HDD cage.

I thought it was an important wire,  and that the connectors were touching metal. So, I dismantled the HDD cage to make sure it wasn't a potential hazard.  Got it out, saw that it was a light. Do I need to put it back?

Need? not really, unless you want that LED to light up.

I have no idea what kind of connector they use for that cable, if the pins are somewhat exposed it might be a good idea to cover it with a heatshrink, since it is now can freely move around (not plugged).

Eh. Not a fan of LEDs and RGB. Here's what the pins look like.

Well, just cover / wrap them with something non electrically conductive.

Just in case.

Or unplug it from the PCB side as well. If so then store that cable somewhere safe, in case you sell the PC case in the future.
