Help with finding a router

I'm finally getting around to getting a new router to replace my current one but I haven't got a clue about routers or networking in general. I am a bit confused about what i should be looking for in a router and thought id ask ltt forums for recommendations. My budget is around about couple hundred euros. Not many device using the WIFI usually  just a tablet and 2 phones but i do have a computer hooked up to it with an ethernet cable. I hope i've given somewhat useful information and if not i'm happy to specify.

1. Which router do you have now?
2. What is your current router not able to do that you expect a new one to?
3. What type of internet connection do you have and what download/upload speeds are you paying the ISP for?
