my pc audio system : one pair genelc 8010ap  (xlr connector) , dacmagic 200m usb dac

i want to add a genelc subwoofer (xlr input,LFE input  )to the system

which usb dac can support 2.1 audio channel with xlr connector?

i know i can buy a av pre amp with xlr connector but they are expensive and huge size.

XLR is old analog stuff.  Predates microcomputers.  It’s 50’s design I think. It used to be 2.1 was really just 2.0 but the .1 was split out at the speaker level of the 2.0 and wasn’t really it’s own channel.

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.

Life is like a bowl of chocolates: there are all these little crinkly paper cups everywhere.

Even the most basic Genelec subwoofers feature a built in crossover system.

You'd run two XLR's from your 200m DAC to the subwoofer, then the two outputs of the subwoofer would go to your 8010ap's. The subwoofer handles all the crossover stuff.

LTT's Resident Porsche fanboy and nutjob Audiophile.

Main speaker setup is now;

Mini DSP SHD Studio -> 2x Mola Mola Tambaqui DAC's (fed by AES/EBU, one feeds the left sub and main, the other feeds the right side) -> 2x Neumann KH420 + 2x Neumann KH870

(Having a totally seperate DAC for each channel is game changing for sound quality)
