What "budget" gpu is best for UE5 game dev

Im wondering what is the best "budget" gpu is best for UE5, I was looking to buy a 6800xt but If i could save a little bit more on a gpu then I could buy more storage for my projects, 

some of the gpus I was looking at was the 6800 (non xt), 6700xt, 3060, 3060 ti, and the 3070. I just need a little more help trying to find the right gpu for game dev. but also some 1080p gaming around 100+ fps 

 

the stuff Im doing in UE5 is just game dev. Im not really looking at doing really extreme ray tracing in my projects but high to mid quality graphics, im doing more FPS shooter than anything else, 3rd person rouge-like i will do also but im more into the FPS genre hopefully this info helps with deciding the gpu

You will mostly be ok with a 3060.

Pretty  much the 3060 and ONLY think of the Ti if you find a crazy deal on it
