The concept of a unique case is making me think of making a case myself but I am stuck in a problem.

The problem is that I want to get a case and mod it but I also want to build a case.

I don't mind that building my own case may be hard but I also want to mod a case.

IF YOU HAVE ANY IDEAS/DIAGRAM OF A CUSTOM BUILT CASE PLEASE POST BELOW

thank you

buy a case and use the frame, motherboard tray and rear as a basis, then build the side/front/top/ panels yourself. Yeah, it's not going to be easy but I wouldn't even attempt completely building one from scratch unless you are very skilled and experienced with metalworking and have all the tools.

I'd just get a case I already like and mod it to make it perfect.

buy a cheap case purely to use as a template, strip it down and use the cut outs and hole alignments to transfer onto some nice alluminium sheet, once you have the size and design you want, with all the holes and stuff cut out, do a temp assemble and try everything fits, then strip it down and get it painted or see if you can get it anodised somewhere, and source some plexiglass or Lexan for the side windows if you intend to have a window.

my next build i am going to make my own case.

got to love Asus components
