Hi, I have noticed I have microstutter on Arkham Origins, I have opened FRAPS and MSI Afterburner but it doesn't read the stutter as a frame rate drop.

My specs are a GTX 780 SC ACX, an Intel i5 4670K, 3 case fans, and 8GB of RAM.

Here is the video of the stutter. You have to download it to get 60 FPS. https://docs.google.com/uc?id=0B6PAlZHCp5EkWW4xZUt6R3N3dnc&export=download

Try disabeling VSync. If that doesn't help, try installing the latest beta driver from NVidia.

The Batman Arkham games have had a history of running badly, so there might not be a fix.

The weird thing is that it didn't do this before I upgraded to a GTX 780, and also it fixes it temporarily if I make it windowed then make it fullscreen again.

It only happens when I am turning the camera as you can see in the beginning of the video.

Again I would advice to you to disable VSync, both in the game and in the NVidia Control Panel.

And the latest beta driver from NVidia was suppose to fix a number of performance problems with DX11 games.

If the game is in your Steam library you could also try to verify the game cache. If everything else fails, you can also try reinstalling the game.

Do you have any other suggestions? I have tried everything there is to do, and the thing with Vsync is that it doesn't happen in any other game so I don't think that is the problem.

Well, VSync behaves differently in different games.

You can alos try to disable Physx. Sometimes Physx can screw up the performance of games.

If it doesn't happens in other games, it might just be that the game is broken.

And I'm very sorry about the long response time.

I seem to have found a fix, I just disable then re-enable fullscreen and it fixes it until I restart the game.
