Minecraft server "overloaded"

Hi

 

I have recently put together a mj craft server using a old PC. After about one hour of use I get the error Minecraft server is overload it is so many Ms behind which is so many ticks. 

 

The cpu usage is under control the ram usage is high ussaly at 7 gigs and one and a half in the page file. The server has not many plugins but it is a pre made 6000x6009 world.

 

The specs are as followed

I5 6500u

8 gigs of 2100 in duel channel

It is a old HP compact PC.

Paging can be very bad for performance. It's possible the machine is memory bound and underperforming because the CPU has to wait for data to be loaded back into RAM. So you might see low CPU usage because the CPU has to wait a lot, not because it isn't busy. How much memory is used by Minecraft itself?

About 5-6gigs out of 8. I thought 8 should be enough as on mincrafgs website it said 4 gigs minimum. Also I am using a old sata ssd
