Problems post fix

My computer has been having hardware issues since a storm that happened semi-recently in my area. My motherboard fried along with my CPU, i replace both. When they were initially broken I wasnt even able to open my computer without bluescreening. Post fix i am able to open it and even open some games and play them. But when I am inside the games they all jitter and do this visual bug that is very weird. That only happens with less heavy games like VALORANT. Call of Duty for example wont even let me play. It crashes as soon as i load into a map. I put a video below of what it looks like when i play. Is there anybody who knows what the issue could be and if i need to replace anything or fix anything. Thank you.

Could be that the Graphics card got a hit as well. I once had a GTX 480 that had similar symptoms, weird lines and purple colours all over.. It was definitely not running well. what CPU are you running?
