Best place to find PS artists for profile pics and channel art?

I'm on track to sponsor a podcast, so I would like to make my YouTube channel look nice before the flood of 'potential subscribers'. The one thing I can't do is create a logo (profile pic) and channel art (background), do you guys know any websites/subreddits/forums/people etc. that could help me out with this? Maybe someone on here (PM me)? Obviously I'm willing to pay for the work ;)

 

I'll edit if this is against CoC, but I'm not linking anything so it should be ok?
