Pc Error 00

so i have a b650E-E and an amd 7700 cpu and when i tried to boot the pc up for the first time the motherboard displays 00 on the led thingy, even though it displays on screen, i can't open bios using f2 or delete buttons i also have problems pushing the stick down, please help
