Rx 6800 is probably broken

I got this card day one from AMD back in 2020 and upgraded to an rtx 3080 after selling the 6800 to my gf’s brother. Turns out he used it mostly for mining and the gpu was having issues for months and he just asked me if I could fix it. Seeing how it was improperly stored and mined for the majority of 2021 to some of 2022 I fear the worst. It’s out of warranty but I haven’t opened it up. If anyone wants to take a shot and repair it I’ll ship it out to you. If you get it to work somehow that’s great! If not it can just be a decoration.

Ah yeah my bad. From what I observed he didn’t properly clean the gpu and would be caked in dust while mining. As for testing on my end my computer would detect and display the 6800 however when gaming it goes straight into sleep mode. I tested various games from least to more demanding like overwatch, call of duty and Minecraft. They all made the computer go into sleep mode except Stardew valley lol. Like I said I haven’t opened it up but I heard it might be a cracked die or broken power rails?
