Windows 10 DISM failure

My PC crashed while running City Skylines..  now I get the dreaded BSD when I try to start City Skylines  it has happened before and my fix was the reinstall windows..  anyways I ran DISM.exe from the Admin Prompt.  it gets to 40% complete and then stops.. I have attached a screenshot, if any one knows what I should do in the mean time I would appreciate the help..

does windows update still work? it's trying to repair a 20H1 instance with a 22H2 image.

Yes, updater is still working.  I did an update and reboot prior to trying DISM.  SFC report says everything is ok..   I will try update / replace my current image..
