I would suggest swapping the Motherboard from the one you have there to a nice 990FX board. that chip needs a lot of power and i bet that board would cry tears of broken mosfets and VRM if you tried to overclock that chip... I would also suggest building yourself rather than buying a pre-built.

How can the Total Size be less then the Memory Size?!!

I think the manufacturer is trying to dupe him into believing page file is actual ram...

On the CPU side why not get 8320 so you can save money.

Equality doesn't mean Justice.

I really recommend at least a 2TB drive, as with only 20 games, a few mods and the Adobe Suite I have used over 500GB's. Its always safer (for the future) to go higher.

I budget build well. Want to learn? PM me if you want advice.

other mobo asap

Are you speaking of the M5A78L-M/USB3? It isnt that bad (though I am unsure of this with the eight cores). I have a system running that motherboard and an FX6300 @3.8GHz 1.28v with a 7870GHz, and its been perfectly fine for about half a year.

I budget build well. Want to learn? PM me if you want advice.
