PC randomly restarting

My PC just goes off and restarts. It's really inconsistent as to when it will do it, but is usually around 1-2 times per week.

 

Not sure if its related, but in Event Viewer there is a critical Event ID 41 at the time of the restarts.

 

Any help would be appreciated.

Sounds like issue with XMP. Turn XMP off and see if it gets better. Otherwise please provide more information like what kind of system it is, components what you're doing when it happens but it sounds like random events.

 

Event 41 is just an event recorded after Windows haven't been properly shut down.
