Gigabyte GA-P31-DS3L wont read bootable w10 usb

Gigabyte GA-P31-DS3L wont read bootable w10 usb no matter what things i enable / disable in bios and its getting annoying
I followed some youtube tutorials that said how but they dont work, are they fake, can it even work ?

yeah i downloaded the w10 tool (22H2) from their site, doesnt work

usb is HyperX FURY USB Flash Drive 16gb, is 3.0

Use a usb 2.0 drive those old boards are very finicky with 3.0 drives or even new 2.0 ones

where on earth will i find a 2008 USB 2.0

but i did try with a newer usb 2.0 and same thing happens, wont detect it

the only way it detects it is if i format the usb to NTFS and copy/paste the windows installer on it, since the microsoft tool makes the drive FAT32

but then another problem appears, it can detect the drive and boot from it but goes to a black screen with _ at the top left corner stays like that forever

Yeah the installer doesnt support ntfs.

 

You can try using rufus to create an installer from an iso.

 

If all else fails burn a dvd
