Windows 10 Menu flicker while moving mouse

Hi, i recently installed windows 10 pro and when i move my mouse throw menus /windows menus it flickers any other app works fine, i installed the nvidea driver that came with 1050ti exoc also tried the up to date driver on the website

both have the same problem ,flipped google search couldn't find a solution hopping you guys could help me,windows 7 was a beast but some games not supported that made me install this piece of system
