Hhd storage and possible issue?

I have 5 total hhd storage drives, 4 in a 3d printed storage case, and one in the back, all hooked up to my pc. I am wondering if this setup which I have displayed works. My concern as to why it could be faulty, is because often, when I am managing my hhd storage, they tend to wiggle a lot which I am concerned about, as I have heard from a Linus tech tips video, where they talked about storage, that shaking increased latency. I am also wondering if there is a better alternative way to store 3.5 hhd drives? I have seen in some Nas setups a system where they are able to just slide in the drive.

Do you have a fan on the other side of that? I'd worry more about the heat than the drives vibrating.

The model which I use was made a while ago, unfortunately it does not have any holes for fan ventilation, nor a way to attach a fan to it.
