Gugabyte x570s UD

Hi all just built my new gaming rig but having an issue where the network card for my motherboard (Gigabyte x570s UD) isn't showing up at all, it doesn't even show it in device manager, ive tried downloading drivers and flashing the bios but still the network card just isnt there? any help would be great!!
