Cant run XMP

Tried running my G.Skill Trident DDR4-3600 16GBx2 Cl 14-15-15-15-35 1.45V ram on xmp profile 1 and it doesnt boot. Tried increasing DRAM voltage to 1.5 and 1.55 still doesnt boot. How do I get faster ram speeds?
