Extremely slow WiFi on Z790-p Motherboard

I took the back receivers that came with the motherboard of and plugged in a WiFi adapter and worked perfectly but I need the receivers in otherwise Bluetooth works very poorly.

 

Goes from ~35mbs with adapter to ~5mbs with the motherboard receivers.

What is your ISP internet speed?

It's rated for 90mbs but usually gets around 30 to 40

Have you updated the driver's for the onboard wifi/BT?

Yea, I've tried all the common fixes, is it possible for me to disable the WiFi on the back receivers but keep the Bluetooth connected?
