So I was in the process of cleaning up an older ssd drive that used to host a copy of windows. I ended up accidentally deleting the reserved and efi and restore partitions of the main windows simply by entering the wrong volume number and not noticing it.

I have installed windows on another SSD just so I can boot back into windows and save important  files from the main drive. But is there a way to recreate the EFI partition and fix this mess from my new windows installation and get the previous windows on the main drive back?

Thanks in advance.

Yes, I have used this guide to create new EFI boot partition

NOTE: only have the drive you want to restore the bootloader on connected.
