Why do my games keep crashing

Several of my games are repeatedly crashing such as Overwatch 2, Risk of Rain 2, and The Forrest. I've updated all my drivers, my temps are high but not abnormally high (running at 144 fps gpu is at 75 cpu is at 65) does anyone have any solutions, thanks.

What are your system specifications??? Can you describe what type of crashing you are experiencing??? I.e crashing to desktop, black screening (with fans going to 100% and rebooting), BSOD and if so, the error code.

Ryzen 5 5600x, RTX 3060, 16 gigabytes of ddr4 3000mhz, MSI MAG X570s, 512GB m.2 ssd. Crashing to desktop a majority of the time, but It has rebooted my computer a few times with no error code. But some games like overwatch give an error message.

I’m not 100% sure but you might not have a high enough wattage psu for your rig
