Help figuring out fan hub

Can someone help me figure out this fan hub? I have 6 case fans and they fit into the 6 slots on the left. I know which cable goes into the LED-SW and I'm pretty sure I know which one goes into the FAN-SW. None of my connections on my psu goes into the POWER so I'm wondering if I'm missing a cable?

The fan hub is powered by a SATA power connector. Download the manual for the fan hub and it should explain how to connect everything. 

I got it used with a case I bought from a guy so I don't know the brand or anything. There's also no SATA port on it.

Do you think I need a 4 pin molex to SATA converter?

That looks like a hub that was included with a case. If that's the case either you are missing cables, or the cables you need or still in that that case.

I managed to track down the actual pictures of that case with the fan hub and all cables from someone who had a question about it on another forum and it does appear that I am missing an extra cable
