Notebook-style CPU cooler

I'm thinking of a really ambitious case mod where the GPU folds over the motherboard using a PCI-E ribbon. In this situation the graphics card will block the airflow from the CPU cooler, so I'm looking for a CPU cooler which uses long copper heatpipes that extend away from the motherboard to a heatsink and fan, just like the CPU coolers used in laptops. Does anyone know of these coolers for Socket 1150?

I took a look at shuttle's website, I couldn't find it. But still I don't want to buy a case that I wont use.

Buy a used $150 laptop and take it is the best thing I can think of. At the same time your CPU is most likely gonna be hot a fire. To be completely honest, Why not jump bend the GPU down, or move it out a little more to make room for a proper CPU cooler.

Heat is not a huge problem, it's a 35w i3
