New PC problem TPM

PC Specs: Ryzen 5 5600x (used already in my previous PC)

                  Zotac 3070

                  Asus ROG Strix B550A MoBo

                  32GB Corsair Vengeance

1GB NVMe, 500GB SATA (used already in my previous PC)

When I start up my PC this message shows up and if I press Y nothing happens. If I press N i get to the BIOS but after leaving it I get to the first screen again. Could it be because I used this CPU already in a different PC with an other MoBo?

Go into the BIOS, find the TPM tab and clear all entries from it. Disable TPM while at it.
