So the other day I upgraded to a 3060ti from a 5700xt I used ddu and cleaned everything out then put the 3060ti in and downloaded the newest driver for it. but for some resin when using the wallpaper engine from steam I got to shut down pc I'd get a  blue screen. I don't know what the code was, next time it happens I'll try to get pic of it. but then It'd restart and boot up and everything seems fine. I play all my games on vary Hight/Ultra and don't have any problems, all though there was one problem that I seem to come across is that was when I had the wallpaper engine going you know for my wallpaper I would get reallly back spikes of lag. so I guess what I'm asking is if the gpu is bad or is the driver? Also everything worked with no problems before the 3060ti I've never had a blue screen until this 3060ti. Thank you and please get back with me

Sounds like an issue with wallpaper engine not the GPU, have you tried uninstalling Wallpaper engine to see if the issue persists? If not, do that now. You may just need to uninstall wallpaper engine and then reinstall it, sometimes it can be a little buggy especially when swapping hardware.
