Looking for Backpack Organization ideas

The backpack is great, except for the zipper pulls,  I can easily carry both the laptops that I need to when I go out and about.  My challenge is the large middle section.  I throw various chargers, dock, bt speaker, controller etc all in there but it means digging or dumping it all out to find what I need.  What are you using for organization?   Thanks in advance!
