WSA on Windows 10?

I play a very semi-competitive mobile game, but I am stuck playing it on PC, and you know how performance on emulation can be, especially on weak hardware. And then my eyes glanced upon the Windows Subsystem for Android, which unfortunately is only supported on Windows 11, and although my PC is newer, upgrading is not really something I can do right now. I tried installing the package directly, but that didn't work either. Is there any way I can get WSA to run on Win10?

Microsoft owns my soul.

 

Also, Dell is evil, but HP kinda nice.
