PC hangs on the boot stage

Hello, I'm having lately some problems by turning ON my computer.

When i press the ON switch, the PC doesn't show anything on the displays and the RGB on the keyboard turns off. The computer just hangs there forever.

Then i have to Press the power switch (3 sec) and then turn the computer ON again. Only after that will the system boots normally.

 

But when i shut down the computer, next time i have to do the same procedure...

 

Do you guys have any thoughts what can that be?

I did already a Drive check and is every thing fine

Hello guys!

im still having the same problem...

i did already restored my windows, turn off fast boot and even de attached some usb devices.

On the photo below you can see the stage of my motherboard.

 

I'm having a feeling that could be a problem from my PSU.

 

Can anyone give me a tip?
