If my 360 mm radiator for my CPU is in the front pulling in air, and my rear fan is exhausting air, should I also have two additional fans at the top of the case, would they do anything? I have them installed right now but they aren't active as I don't know the best direction, intake or exhaust.

Yes, ideally you should have two or three pulling in in the front, and two or three topside / rear blowing out / up for exhaust. Some cases are the exception to the rule, but that doesn't appear to be one of them.

Top exhausting seems to be the way to go 🙂

Yup, I have 2 140mm intake on front, two 140mm exhaust on top, and 1 120mm exhaust in the back (that I don’t suspect does much given the position of my pc to the wall) in my machine.

Very good point. After I just made a small upgrade I put my pc back on my desk but not fully against the wall while I tested it to make sure it worked (then I was gonna position it perfectly pushed back). But I noticed, oh yea, this rear exhaust actually works now that it isn't 3 inches against a wall! lol
