Black screen error

my PC loads up to a black screen after I log in. It started to happen after an error before, my PC wasn't registering my boot SSD so I ended up just restoring defaults in bios and now I have this problem. After like 15 minutes it starts to load but then stops at a horribly downgraded level where I can't really do anything such as open applications and settings and nothing else loads.

 

I've tried multiple things such a as resitting each part in my PC, resetting the bios, changing booting sequence and etc. So far none of them have worked, what do I do?

what is the system spec?

 

you state horribly downgraded, do you mean the appearance on screen, suggests graphics issue.

 

check your graphics drivers, uninstall with ddu and reinstall

 

failing that reset bios and do a fresh install of windows and then install all drivers etc
