Other details I am thinking of getting a ASUS Rog Strix Z690-A and pair it with a core i9 because i heard they are both great for streaming and content creators (the motherboard is white so it matches my build) but when i put those parts together in Pc part picker it said something about BIOS and now i dont know if it will be compatible, Thank you for the help in advance, any help is appreciated it since its my first build and i dont have much experience

That bios error will be telling you that you may need to update the bios before you can use it. For your budget I wouldn't recommend an i9 as they can be 400-500 which is already half of your build and you'd end up with about 2/300 left for a gpu (not alot at all)

well i was thinking of spending around $1,000 on just CPU and motherboard, because i dont want to have to upgrade anything anytime soon  thats why i thought of the core i9 and the asus rog z690-a but if you have better recommendations for motherboard and cpu (hopefully white) i am all ears because i dont know much
