Don't go overboard with top exhaust fans. I learned the hard way that it chokes the CPU cooler to death. I have x2 120mm top exhaust and x1 120mm rear exhaust. Had to put top exhausts to minimum RPM in order to balance out the pressure and air movement throughout the case which is Meshify C

Hello there! Im searching for simply answer. Whats the best position for my situation with CPU and CASE fans *(Vertical or Horizontal)*

I assume you're talking about your tower CPU cooler? The way its installed in the picture is ideal. It gets fresh air from the intakes rather than a lovely toasty breeze from the GPU
