Looks like it's telling you the CPU needs a CPU cooler, as is doesn't come with one and you don't have one selected.

is there any problem with compatibility? also I have peerless assassin 120 265tdp cpu cooler. rm80. 3080. H7 flow. 32gb ddr4 ram

Seems fine, but I'd get a 13600k or 13400F instead of the 12600k.

12600k is on discount. 300C$ is my budget and 13400F is the same price but 12600k is better I guess

It pretty much performs the same for gaming.

yes but 13400f doesnt have Igpu for any trouble shooting
