If it still works, Fry's has the i5-4430 for $99.99 that you can price match at Staples. Here's the link to the thread on LTT: i5 4430 on sale. So, you could make a i5-4430 and GTX 760 build.

first one, but I would rather get a amd chip than that i3.

i got 2 option here for gaming system and i need your advice which is good

 

Processor i3 4130 3.4Ghz (2 cores)

Mobo ASUS B85M-G

GPU Gainward GTX 760

 

or

 

Processor i5 4440 3.3Ghz (4 cores)

Mobo Asrock B85 killer

GPU Gainward GTX 750 ti

i3 with 760 will be better! :)
