Are you really that thick? 

It's written on it  ... MEMORY STICK PRO DUO 

The first results on google point you to  https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Memory_Stick - a simple Google search would have told you everything.

 

 

edit: quick amazon search for "memory stick reader" gives plenty of card readers that can read memory sticks ...

BUT YOU HAVE TO READ DESCRIPTION AND CHECK THAT READER CAN READ THE PRO DUO VERSION OF MEMORY STICKS

Nope, Sony's memory stick is a different form factor to SD or microSD. Adapters existed but I'm not sure if you can still buy them and where.
