I have the setup you can see here below. I need to share the Pebble speakers with both PCs/monitors. How to do it?

Is a jack splitter 2 males going into each monitor and one female connecting to the speakers good? Something like this: https://i.imgur.com/xF76SEV.jpg

Why does the diagram show speaker connections from the PC and monitor?

The cable that goes to PC is a USB Type-C used for powering the speakers. The cable that goes to the monitor is an audio jack used for taking the audio output. DisplayPort transports audio from GPU to monitor, and then monitor transports it to speakers.

If you plug the audio into the monitor used by both the laptop and PC will that not resolve the issue?

Sometimes I would use laptop on monitor 1 and desktop on monitor 2, so I wouldn't be able to hear my desktop on monitor 2.

If you want to have both signals output to a single pair of speakers you do need a mixer. Look them up, there are numerous offerings. Essentially they allow multiple inputs the levels of which can be adjusted in the output.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.
