There's been a great push to add more value to the Floatplane subscription and, with the Labs website upcoming, it sounds as though yet more value will be added.

However, I consume a lot of YouTube content from my Apple TV (YouTube Premium is basically a necessity) and don't want to be tied to my computer/phone or having to AirPlay from my phone to my Apple TV to watch Floatplane content.

Have the team discussed the possibility of an Apple TV app?  Is there any kind of roadmap for integration?

I have been looking at Floatplane, and this is what is holding me back as well. I know its a small percentage of the audiance, but man if I don't have an apple tv app I don't really want to watch the content.

The few times a week I get to sit down and watch something, I want to sit down and watch. In comphy chair in my living room. Anyway this is a good question for the dev teaam if they want to support another app.

I don’t care what Luke or Linus have to say about floatplane it being hard and all. The ui could just scale to the sceen size easily. They could get an apple tv to develop for they have plenty of recourses. I would subscribe to floatplane if it had an Apple Tv. Since at the moment pc is broken. I use the apple tv to consume content atm
