Low frame rates with Minecraft

So i have 32 gigs of ram, rtx 3060, i7 10th gen and my GPU utilisation is very low and i get low fps, I've set the preferred graphics card to the rtx3060 from both nvidea control panel and windows settings. I havent been able to find the cause. I have an Acer predator helios 300 2021 undervolted to stop my cpu from idling at literally 90°C. I played death stranding at fairly high settings and while i couldn't get FRAPS to overlay the fps over it and see the exact frame rate it looked smooth with no frame drops, that is not the case with Minecraft. Any help is appreciated
