Alright so I saw this case and fell in love with it. I want to do a build in it but have some questions maybe you guys can help me with. So the stock fans that come with the case, should I replace them? Are they going to be loud? Also, If I throw  a 760 or 770 in there will it be loud? And are there any good SFX power supplies that are over 450 watts?

I have this case.

Stock fans are pretty loud.

My 770 isn't loud.

Silverstone is coming out with a 600watt SFX powersupply soon.

And by soon, he means the 600W SFX is months away. I believe it was originally going to be a 550W unit, but after some time it was changed to a 600W unit and the release was pushed further back. Expect late 2014.

@Anthony10 Yeah I've seen all that and more. I'm waiting for this unit to come out believe me, but don't hold your breath.

But do you need more than 450w for an i5+770?

I would be comfortable with 500W or more. I tend to overestimate power usage though (like almost everyone), so I wouldn't be surprised if 450W is fine.
