Screens loosing input while playing games

While im playing games after a little while both my screens loose the input signal and i've checked and the gpu doesn't seen to get anywhere near the thermal threshold highest it has achieved is when this has hapened has been 80 degress celcius and i've checked and the screens aren't hot when this happens any tips on how to solve this?

I have experienced one of my monitors losing signal after while too, that was simply do to a bad cable.

i have tested with other cables that ik are good and the only time my monitors are loosing singal both of them loose their signal at the same time and it only happens when i play a game and the monitors get signal again directly after restarting the pc
