Hey there! I have a couple questions for you folks! I have been pondering putting a custom loop in my system. My first question is compatibility - I have the MSI mpg gungnir 110R. Is it to small for maybe the… Corsair XD3? Second question now. I have an aio on my cpu, so the question is, is it worth taking out that 240mm aio on the top and custom loop cooling it, or should I keep it and water cool my gpu with a 360mm radiator on the front. Is there that much of a performance difference? Onto the 3rd question. If you are reading this far I am very grateful. Let’s say I decide to in install the 240mm aio on the top, do I need another 240mm rad, and a 360mm rad on the front to cool cpu and gpu, or would I be fine with just a 360mm rad on the front? Last question, I promise. I have a rog strix 1080, is it worth watercooling now or waiting until I have upgrade my system to a rtx 3070 or so.

Note:

• softline cooling is what I had in mind

• I have a 5 5600X and a gtx 1080

Cheers!

A custom loop will always out cool any aio made.So yes if your going to custom loop do the cpu and gpu.As far as should you water cool your 1080 or not is up to you.If your going to buy a new gpu soon id wait and watercool that one.
