MY GPU is really hot

You need to start by narrowing down the cause.

 

Check the the fan(s) on the GPU are properly spinning.

 

Try running a game with the side panel of the case removed.

They work however the air sent out by the GPU fan is barely hotter than the air in my room

Apparently it's not that difficult. This was my 1st time doing that and it really was a walk in the park.

You can also blow out the dust from the PC

Then either your room is crazy warm, or something is blocking up the fan on the GPU
