Playing halo at high settings here are my temps

 

General temp - around 69-77c depending on game. God of war runs alot cooler than halo

 

Vram - 80-85

 

Hotspot - 86-89. Mayyybe 90 at the hottest

It is fine, quite a way off from thermal throttling territory.

it's a high-performance GPU, it uses a lot of power.  Power becomes heat.  These GPUs can get up 110C, and 20C is a long way to go.  Even if it did get that hot, it would just slow down to prevent itself from getting any hotter.  You're fine, it's meant to do this.
