I just built this pc and when I turn it on  I get to this screen. I’ve tried pressing f1, f2, and delete.

You mean you press F1 and nothing happens? What kind of keyboard and USB is plugged in?

pretty sure you need to press enter on this screen... it says its going to load into UEFI "next"

 

logical next step would be --> enter key

Please check your USB boards if everything is OK with them and that you didn't create a short.

It already happend to me to that a part of the MOBO backplate has contact with the usb contacts and therefore shorted usb to ground.

Please check your motherboard backplate.
