Speaker recommendation

Hi, I am using a ASUS G75VX as my daily driver and I hate the sound of the speakers(look around google to see what the problem is). I am currently using a Sennheiser hd 558 with a Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi Surround USB sound card but I sometimes want to use speakers but I hate my laptop's one... so... I need a recommendation. I should be fine with budget speakers because I don't really care much about speaker sound quality(got my Senns hd 558) and I don't have a big budget which is around USD$60-70ish(I'm converting from SGD so give or take)? Thanks in advance.

 

EDIT: 2.0 only, I live in a flat and I'm worried about my neighbours complaining..

I own the Logitech Z-523, it is really cheap and it sounds pretty good.

I own the Logitech Z-523, it is really cheap and it sounds pretty good.

I just changed the requirements to 2.0 only.. sorry for forgetting to indicate it earlier!!

Grab some used bookshelf speakers and a lepai 2020a+ amp. 

My personal rig - 4790k 4.8Ghz, Asus Z97 Pro (wi-fi ac), Corsair Dominator Plat 4x8GB, SLI GTX 1080 TI FE, Samsung 850 Evo 1TB, Crucial MX100 512GB, EVGA G3 1000W, and cooled by a hardline liquid cooling loop.
