Brother looking to build a new computer

Budget (including currency): 1500-2000 EURO

Country: Belgium

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: All sorts of games, Latest new games on highest grapics (if possible)

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): 

 

Hi i am currently not updated with wich are the best options right now so i am asking here only thing i know is probably he is aming for a 4070 or 4080 gpu any help with the other parts would be greatly appreciated

 

I looked 2 months ago aswell but was advised to wait for the new amd line wich is available now

Just somethin I threw together: https://es.pcpartpicker.com/list/9VF9d9

 

Go AMD for GPU. A 4080 will cost you almost $1200 (if ur lucky) wheras a 6900 XT or 7900 XT will cost almost 300$ less with minimal performance drops.

 

Also, the 13600K is a better bang for the buck, outperforming some of the AMD Chips with a slightly lower price.

Don't sleep on sleeper PCs

Good build and for gaming only an 13600k will do the job.  4 things tough 7900 xt arent that expensive and they are pretty kuch same price as 6900. Id recommed going 850 watt for future upgrades and, the motherboard can be less expensive and at that price point you should definitly go with 2x16

 

Edit: in benelux 7900xt arent sold that mich so 6900x is the best bet

4000x case has pretty bad cooling so maybe change that
