New pc not working, need help.

hello, i just built a new pc with the following specs

i5 13600k, asus prime z690 p-d4 nhu12a, 1tb m.2, 6650xt, 850w psu, 32gb ddr4 and my old corsair 220T case

Whenever i turn on the pc all the fans spin and rgb turns on but there is no signal on the monitor, the power button flashes about 3 times a second whenever i turn it on which led me to believe the front panel connector issue but they seem to be mounted correctly along with ram and all other cables i could see. I am aware that the lga1700 chipsets default bios isn’t compatible with 13th gen processes and i have tried to flash the bios many times to no avail, as i am unable to reach post and i am quite certain this motherboard doesn’t have a bios flashback so i have no idea what to do, any help is appreciated

Try the easiest things first, like reseating the ram or resetting the cmos. Their are pretty high chances with you having a newer motherboard that their is a bios reset button on the rear IO.

Looking at the board's website, I can't find any info whether there is a BIOS flashback feature, or button. So without a compatible CPU, there's no way you could update the BIOS.

Your only hope is to borrow a 12th gen CPU or go to a repair shop and hope that they have a 12th gen CPU for you to borrow.

 

And I'm sorry to say this, but this build is all over the place.

first try unplugging gpu and plug monitor into your mainboard port to use igpu.. does it start then?
