Budget (including currency): 

Country: USA

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: old school games nothing  big.  Starcraft . then like ark and fortnight being the most played

Other details \making it for  a  friends   kid who is 13 and  he has being  using a all in one that is  from when they first  came out and is freezing uo all the time. looking for  basic  to  build that we can then go back and  upgrade as they get more money. no real  price  point yet but  trying to  keep it as cheep as i can.  thank you all for  any ideas. also not against  using older gpu and  cpu . and  has to have wifi on the board or a adapter
